To measure these outcomes, grantees are required to track KPIs such as the number of artifacts conserved, the number of educational programs developed, and the number of people reached through exhibitions and public events.For instance, a grantee working on a project to digitize historical archives may be required to track the number of documents digitized, the number of people accessing the digital archive, and the number of educational programs developed using the digitized materials.
